Made entirely by hand, on the potters wheel, the Bellocchi casseroles are finished in non-toxic glazes. Terra cotta heats very evenly, making these casseroles perfect for preparing slow cooked meals, including roasts, stews and soups.

Important instructions!

To prep our terra cotta casseroles for use in the oven, soak the base and top in water, fully immersed, for 24 hours prior to first use. Subsequent use of the casserole will not require prep. For cleaning, use neutral soap with an anti-scratch sponge to avoid altering the internal surface of the pots. To reduce the risk of cracking, place the casserole in the oven while it preheats.
