Hand carved head and stem. Mostly straight with natural "wonky bits" — handle approximately 16" long.
Available in walnut (dark wood) or maple (light wood). Finished with walnut oil for high-heat cooking.
Care instructions:
Clean with water or apply oil with clean, lint-free cloth and allow to dry for 8 hours. Once dry, buff off any remaining visibly oily spots with unprinted newsprint or a fresh cloth.
