Our Story
Bottega il Buco is the latest extension of Donna Lennard’s acclaimed NYC restaurants, il Buco and Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria in NoHo, inspired by and created with her original Bond Street partner, Alberto Avalle of Umbria. The team comes full circle with this picturesque jewel in the heart of Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, a rustic setting teaming with delicious gourmet products.
This year, we launched a residency with Stevie alla Bottega, Santa Gertrudis' beloved neighborhood Italian bakery and restaurant. Together, Stevie and Bottega's original chef, Tiago Borges, have created a menu featuring house-made focaccia and sourdough bread, farm-fresh salads, crudos, handmade pastas, and an extensive wine and cocktail program, enjoyed indoors or on the terrace.
