Return Policy
Please note we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your items, or there was an error with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at vitainfo@ilbuco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better.
When returns are possible, they will be for il Buco Vita store credit only. Some items may be subject to a restocking and/or shipping fee.
Food, vintage and custom pieces, clearance, sale, and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damage Policy
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify us via email at vitainfo@ilbuco.com or via phone at 917-261-2248.

SHIPPING
How much is shipping? (U.S.) At this time we are unable to automatically calculate shipping costs. When you make a purchase you will be charged an estimated shipping and handling charge. If you have questions regarding shipping charges, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 917-261-2248 or vitainfo@ilbuco.com.
We are currently unable to send packages to P.O. Boxes.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address? Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it’s different from the billing address. Please note, however, that we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases.
When is my credit card charged? You card is charged when the order is placed.
When will I receive my order? Unless otherwise noted, most of the products ship within 5-7 business days of order placement date via UPS Ground or DHL express depending on where the items are stocked.
