Setaro Pasta

Slow-dried at low temperatures and bronze-drawn for optimal texture, Setaro pasta is crafted using only 100% Italian wheat. Made in the tradition of Torre Annunziata for over three generations, it preserves full flavor, high digestibility, and superior sauce absorption.
How to use: Pair with hearty ragùs, simple tomato sauces, or olive-oil-based preparations that cling to its textured surface.

Paglione Passata di Pomodoro

Organic farming smooth tomato puree. Use passata as a base for your tomato sauce by sautéing garlic and/or onion in olive oil, adding the passata.

Sea Salts From Trapani, Sicily

These 100% natural sea salts are harvested in western Sicily by the natural evaporation of seawater with the aid of the sun and wind. The sea salt retains at least 90% of the ocean’s trace elements.

Sale Fino (Fine Sea Salt) 

The Sale Fino (or fine salt) is made from the same hand harvested crystals used for the grosso, simply crushed to a fine grain.

Cerasuola Olive oil from  SICILY

Cerasuola is an extremely fruity, full garden oil with elements of fresh herb, tomato, and artichoke. It can be slightly bitter and pungent with a sweet finish. Full of beta-carotene and unsaturated fatty acid, it is a great anti-oxidant and a natural anti-aging.

Culinary Pairings: Cerasuola is an all purpose garden oil that can be more specifically dedicated to meat, soups, and salad.
