Pairings: Tray a whole fish baked under a crust of this moist salt, or add to extra virgin olive oil with ground pepper and chili flakes for a wonderful pinzimonio.

Grown in the arid soils of Western Sicily and picked by hand, this oil made entirely from Biancolilla olives and is delicate with orange blossom aromas, a light, fruity flavor, and a soft, spicy finish.
