Biancolilla Olive Oil
Region: Sicily, Italy
Notes: orange blossom aromas, a light, fruity flavor, and a soft, spicy finish.
Pairings: Recommended with creamed vegetables, salads, or fish, and can also be used for light sautéed sauces for pastas.
Cerasuola Olive Oil
Region: Sicily, Italy
Notes: Cerasuola is an extremely fruity, full garden oil with elements of fresh herb, tomato, and artichoke. It can be slightly bitter and pungent with a sweet finish. Full of beta-carotene and unsaturated fatty acid, it is a great anti-oxidant and a natural anti-aging.
Moraiolo Olive Oil
Region: Umbria, Italy
Notes: The Moraiolo olive is a powerful, dark green, superior fruit with grassy aroma and spicy finish. Because of its high level of polyphenol, low peroxide and acidity, it’s undoubtedly the most powerful olive oil we offer.
